1. Service Agreement
By using A2B Southampton Taxi LTD services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Booking & Fares
- All fares are estimates based on distance and vehicle type
- Final fares may vary based on actual route, traffic, and waiting time
- Airport transfers have fixed pricing as displayed
- Payment can be made by cash or card via our secure payment system
- Cancellations must be made at least 10 minutes before pickup
3. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must:
- Provide accurate pickup and destination details
- Be ready at the agreed pickup time
- Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
- Not consume food, drinks, or smoke in vehicles
- Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle
- Comply with UK laws during the journey
4. Driver Rights
Our drivers have the right to refuse service if passengers are intoxicated, abusive, or pose a safety risk. No refund will be issued in such cases.
5. Liability
While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We recommend booking with adequate time for important appointments.
6. Lost Property
We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. However, we will make reasonable efforts to return lost property if reported within 24 hours.
7. Corporate Accounts
Corporate accounts are subject to separate agreements. Monthly invoices are payable within 30 days. Late payments may result in account suspension.
8. Complaints
We take complaints seriously. Please contact us at complaints@a2bsouthampton.co.uk within 48 hours of your journey. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
